We take pride in the fact that even though this is a website. We still treat customer service as if you walked into a store.  No matter what you are contacting us for. About your order or if you just have a question.

• If you wish to call us our regular business hours are 9 - 5 m-f Pacific time. Calling at any other time, you might get a response if we are working late. There are times during regular business hours we aren't always able to answer the phone. If you leave a message we will get back to you as soon as we are able to.

• Email is the best way to contact us, even during none business hours.

• If your enquiring about your order please provide your name and order number.

• If you need a response during the weekend, please email us. Your email will be answered within 12 hours.  

• I have met a few people who don't like email. So if you are one of these people, AWESOME we still like getting letters in the mail. :)
